Last week, Sen. Continuing that trend, A Gang of Eight member who also sits on the Senate Judiciary Committee, Sen. Jeff Flake, wasn't exactly accurate himself in his description of the bill's "triggers" when they came under attack from Senators John Cornyn and Jeff Sessions on Thursday.

Wage suppression doesn't sell well in Washington - or with the public, for that matter - so the billionaire tech lobby has instead appealed for better access to foreign workers on the grounds that there isn't enough talent in the United States to meet their demands. But segments of the media have begun to speak truth to power.
