Finish the Wall Act

The "Finish the Wall Act" would require immediate resumption of border barrier construction and require DNA and fingerprint data collection at all Customs and Border Protection facilities that process adult aliens.

Security First Act

The "Security First Act" would create a trust fund for FEMA's Operation Stonegarden, which provides funding to local law enforcement agencies to support joint efforts in securing the U.S. borders. H.R. 163 would also require a report on DHS hiring practices, designate Mexican Cartels as terrorist organizations, and call for a study on border security technology to determine needed upgrades.

Fund and Complete the Border Wall Act

The "Fund and Complete the Border Wall Act" would establish a federal fund to build effective border barriers along the entire southwestern border. The fund will be established by taxing all alien remittances, raising I-94 fees from $6 to $25, and reducing foreign aid to any nation by $2,000 per foreign citizen who crosses into the U.S. illegally.

Border Safety and Security Act of 2023

The "Border Safety and Security Act of 2023" would give the Sec. of DHS the authority to suspend the entry of illegal aliens to achieve operational control of the border during a crisis or surge. Additionally, H.R. 29 requires the Secretary to stop entries if DHS cannot return them to the country they entered through (like Remain in Mexico), or detain aliens until their hearings. Finally, H.R. 29 allows states and municipalities to sue the administration for not following the required suspension mentioned above.

Protect America First Act

To enact a moratorium on immigration, build the wall, prioritize securing the Southern border, repeal certain Executive orders which endanger the security of the United States, re-assert a zero-tolerance immigration policy, ensure the safe return of unaccompanied alien children, reduce human trafficking, deport criminal aliens, and end chain migration.
