Public Description:  

The bill would apportion the annual H-2B cap of 66,000 visas so that at least 12,000 visas are available each quarter of each fiscal year; would potentially triple the number of H-2B workers in the U.S. at any one time.

A bill to revise certain requirements for H-2B employers and require submission of information regarding H-2B non-immigrants, and for other purposes.
