Lesley Blackner is a lifelong Floridian and a member of the Florida Bar. She received a BA from Emory University and a JD from the University of Florida College of Law. Over the past two decades Lesley has represented citizen groups in numerous pro-bono environmental law suits. She is particularly interested in Endangered Species Act and land use litigation.
