Pres. Trump Invites Victims of Criminal Illegal Aliens to His Speech to Congress

Published:

Pres. Trump has invited the families of three people who were killed by illegal aliens to sit with First Lady Melania Trump during his speech to Congress tonight. This decision shows Pres. Trump’s commitment to strengthen interior enforcement and to the victims of criminal illegal aliens.

Trump’s guests include Jessica Davis, widow of a detective, and Susan Oliver, widow of a sheriff’s deputy. Both of their husbands were killed by the same illegal alien who went on a shooting and car-jacking spree in 2014.

In honor their husbands Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) introduced the Michael Davis, Jr. and Danny Oliver in Honor of State and Local Law Enforcement Act (H.R. 1148) in 2015. The bill was approved by the House Judiciary Committee and would have enabled states to act as a force multiplier in the enforcement of immigration laws.

Jamiel Shaw Sr. will also join the First Lady tonight, his son was shot and killed by an illegal alien gang member in 2008.
