Congress Could Save BIG on Unemployment Payment Extensions by Passing SAVE Act to Move Illegals Out of Jobs
For all the talk in Congress about helping unemployed Americans and trying to hold the costs down on extension of unemployment benefits, I heard nothing about the huge extra amounts of benefits required because illegal aliens are allowed to hold 8 million jobs.
Supporters of illegal aliens constantly claim that their presence is not costing anything.
Well, take a look at all the news stories about the incredible costs of extending unemployment benefits because American workers have been jobless so long.
Imagine how much less this would cost if the 8 million illegal alien workers were forced to vacate their jobs and open them up to unemployed Americans.
We're not talking small numbers here.
But this is the issue that Democratic leaders will not allow for a vote, that Republican leaders will not publicly raise to challenge the Democrats, and that the news media will not even mention.
The American public is left in the sounds of silence about the most inconvenient truth of all these last two years -- that millions of Americans remain unemployed because millions of illegal aliens are allowed to keep their jobs.
