Limit Birthright Citizenship
- H.R. 6612, Birthright Citizenship Act of 2023 (Rep. Babin) ends automatic birthright citizenship as it exists today by limiting it to the children of citizens, legal permanent residents, and aliens with lawful status who are in active service in the armed forces.
- H.R. 4864, End Birthright Citizenship Fraud Act of 2023 (Rep. Gaetz) ends automatic birthright citizenship as it exists today by limiting it to the children of citizens, legal permanent residents, refugees, and aliens with lawful status who are in active service in the armed forces.
- S. 5223, Birthright Citizenship Act of 2024 (Sen. Graham) ends automatic birthright citizenship as it exists today by limiting it to the children of citizens, legal permanent residents, and aliens with lawful status who are in active service in the armed forces.
End Asylum Fraud

- H.R. 2432, the Migrant Processing and Protection Act of 2023 (Rep. McClintock) strictly limits catch and release by requiring all aliens arriving illegally to be detained, returned to a safe third country, or returned to a contiguous country to await their immigration proceedings, in order to deter fraudulent asylum claims.
- H.R. 1183, the Asylum Reform and Border Protection Act of 2023 (Rep. Johnson) makes a host of fixes to the asylum system, including strengthening the credible fear standard for asylum claims, curtailing the abuse of humanitarian parole, improving the ability to return asylum seekers to safe third countries, and restoring the original intent of asylum policy by tightening standards.
- S. 685, the Stopping Border Surges Act (Sen. Lee), strengthens the credible fear standard for asylum claims, improves the ability to return asylum seekers to safe third countries, establishes penalties for asylum fraud, and mandates the termination of asylum if an alien returns to the country he or she sought asylum from.
