Idahoans concerned about Mexican consulate
"In March, Congressman Bill Sali (R-Idaho) sent a letter to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice urging her to hold off on approving the consulate until the government can assure Idahoans that a consulate will not foster the continued presence of illegal immigrants in the state.
